We have a very short term, however, it is hectic. We will be conducting our national tests beginning next week. As I am sure you are aware there is no school on Monday due to the bank holiday then on Tuesday Class 3 will be going to Speke Hall for a Tudor trip. On Wednesday we will be conducting the reading test, so early to bed years 2-6!
I will blog next week with our events coming up. The maths tests will be conducted on Monday 13th and Tuesday the 14th.
On 22 May we have arranged for an E-Saftey briefing for parents. I would be really grateful if you could take the time to make this meeting as I am positive it will be of great benefit, not only to school but for parents personally.
The children are looking forward to finding out about how our bodies work as part of the 'Staying Alive' topic. Each classes skills grids will be given out on Friday so you know the skills we are covering.
Watch out next week for a letter giving details of a new online maths programme we have purchased that will enable children to work at home on a personally tailored maths programme. This is available as a free app!
